NDAI Membership  ·  Minot, North Dakota

Put NDAI behind your business.

Membership is how a business works with NDAI. You get a dedicated machine in Minot, a person you can call, and half off everything else we make, starting with The Desk.

01 — The membership

Four things.
One membership.

Membership puts a machine and a person behind your business, and halves the price of everything else we make, for as long as you're a member.

  1. 01

    Your NDAI appliance

    A machine of your own.

A dedicated machine that runs for your business at NDAI in Minot. One business per machine, so your records are never pooled with anyone else's. We buy it, house it, maintain it and replace it.

  2. 02

    Your Principal

    A person you can call.

A named person at NDAI who knows your business. Your Principal owns the relationship and your priorities, takes your call, and brings you every proposal for new work.

  3. 03

    Web hosting

    Your website, looked after.

Fast, secure hosting with security certificates, monitoring and backups, and updates handled by our team. Half price for members.

  4. 04

    Member pricing

    Half off everything else.

Members pay half for The Desk, SPAS 360, SandPro OMP, website builds and custom work, for as long as the membership is active.

One business per machine. Never pooled. A person, not a queue. Your Principal answers. By conversation. Terms shared in person.
02 — The Desk

Meet your chief of staff.

Every owner knows AI can help. Almost none know where to start. The Desk starts with a conversation: Chester learns your business, then hires a small staff to take the busywork. They start before your first conversation ends.

The Room

  1. ChesterChief of staff · 00:03

Good morning, Dana. I'm Chester, your chief of staff. Tell me about the business. What eats your week?

  2. Pool and spa shop, six of us. Email after close, quotes nobody chases, and receipts everywhere.

  3. ChesterChief of staff · 01:30

Let's start with your inbox. You sign in on Google's own page, and I check it works before I say so.

  6. PennyBooks · 03:14

September receipts come to $4,212 across 31 vendors. One invoice is missing, so I've asked @Wes to chase it.

  7. WesCustomers · 03:20

On it. The note to the vendor is in your Drafts, ready when you are.

    • Drafted a follow-up
  8. ChesterChief of staff · 03:25

Your staff is working. From here, just talk to the room and I'll get it to the right person. Your first daily page arrives at 7:00 tomorrow.

A first meeting, replayed with a fictional business. The Desk's own design; demonstration data.
  1. Start with hello.

No setup project, no prompts to learn. Chester asks how your week goes, connects your inbox and proposes three hires.

  2. A staff you can see.

Every post lists what they did. A page from Chester each morning and evening, and a daily cost you can read.

  3. Nothing sent without you.

Your staff draft; you send. Every mail change has an Undo, and you hand out every power, one person at a time.

  4. One machine, in Minot.

Your Desk runs on your NDAI appliance, not a shared cloud. We can't look without you knowing.

Paper by day. Umbra by night.

05 — Getting started

It starts with a conversation.

We don't open with a pitch. We open with your operation: where the hours go, what the tools cost, what keeps slipping. If membership fits, we'll show you exactly where. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.

Common questions

Straight answers.

How much does it cost?

Membership is one monthly fee on a 12-month membership, and members pay half for everything else we make. We share the numbers in the first conversation, along with exactly what your membership would include. The conversation is free.

Is The Desk part of membership?

The Desk runs on your NDAI appliance and is priced per seat, and members pay half. You can start with membership alone and add The Desk when you're ready.

Can The Desk send email on its own?

No. Your staff write drafts; you send them. Every mail change has an Undo, and you decide what each staff member is allowed to do.

Where does my data live?

On your own NDAI appliance at our office in Minot. One business per machine; nothing is pooled with another member's business. Your mail stays in your mailbox. When a staff member asks an AI model for help, what they send goes to that model's provider. We can't look without you knowing.

What happens if I leave?

Your data is yours. After your membership, all of it is delivered to you on an encrypted drive within 14 days, with a contents list and the password sent separately. Then the appliance is erased, and a deletion certificate follows.

Do I need to understand AI?

No. That's the point of us. On The Desk, your chief of staff asks the questions. NDAI sets everything up with you in person, and your Principal is a phone call away.

Do you still build custom software?

Yes. Websites and custom builds are quoted per project in a written proposal, and members pay half the quote. Hit Zero, SPAS 360 and SandPro OMP are all NDAI builds.
